- We built a complete subscription platform using Salesforce Revenue Cloud and NetSuite, from the definition of Product Catalogs, Configuration Rules, Pricing Engine, Order Automation to Subscription creation.
- Automated subscription processes eliminated most of the manual work and 100% of off the system documentation resulting in savings equivalent to 2 full-time resources per year, besides increasing the accuracy of Quotes and Billing Orders.
- Designed and deployed robust Subscription management solution to handle different customer change events such as Capacity increment, early renewals, renewals, cancellations etc.
- Built a custom subscription billing solution in Salesforce to generate billing orders as per varying requirements of Pure end customers. The custom solution could handle various types of promotional offers and discounts as well.
- The solution currently processes transactions worth nearly $500 million dollars per year, and increasing at a decent pace each year.
- Integrated with AWS to build innovative automations during the Quoting process. Developed and deployed APIs to extend Salesforce CPQ Quoting, Amend & Renewal processes to customer self-serve portal.
