The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) is a graduate institution that offers degree programs in nursing, health administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, education and speech-language pathology, as well as continuing education programs.
  • Implemented an automated & innovative solution using RingLead and out-of-the-box Salesforce duplicate management capabilities & apex to solve Lead and Contact duplicate data issues which saved an average of 2 hours per day per user in a 43 member strong Sales & Marketing teams for the client. It was highly appreciated by the customer.
  • Designed and developed an online application portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud to enable prospect students apply and upload all the required documents based on their program of interest.
  • Integrated Salesforce Service Cloud with Vonage CTI and SMS Magic for Outreach Coordinators & Program Advisors to seamlessly interact with prospects and enrolled students. The solution includes configuring both IVR and direct lines.
  • Implemented Salesforce Sales Engagement tool to provide 360° view of student enrollment lifecycle which resulted in improved student engagement and enrollment. and service cloud to help the prospect connectivity with automations like cadences etc.,
  • TDesigned and Integrated Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds with external systems like Snowflake, CAS , Jenzabar and Core .
  • Developed a solution for e-signature automation with DocuSign. This solution automatically sends required compliance documents as per enrolled state regulations for each student Lead created in the system.
